I now have an official 1st grader and 4th grader!~ Scary! They grow up way too fast! Kinleigh decided to try potty training for about 3 days but once again has no interest. That's ok with me though :) I'm dreading having to leave shopping carts in the middle of the store for the mad dash to the bathroom so we don't have accidents in public LOL (*As I finished adding pictures to this post out of nowhere Kinleigh decided to poop twice and pee once in the potty! We'll just keep going at her pace, she won't go to Kindy in diapers lol)
Our hot May weather cooled off but not too bad. It's still been nice enough that I we have gone to the pool a few times and not frozen to death so that's good. We had the girls for almost 2 weeks (minus a 2 days due to a cub scout campout with Dad and a photoshoot in Seattle for me) and had a great time! I was kind of surprised to look at the calendar and see JULY already though!
We had a campout at Heather and Darrin's house 2 weekends ago and the kids had a great time! We had a boys tent and a girls tent and all went pretty well. However wrangling 10 kids can be quite the job :p Seems this summer has been Fun Friday nights and Fun Sat nights and doing absolutely NOTHING on Sundays ;) Which is why I have claimed Monday as our official cleaning day of the summer. I make all kids help me get the house back in shape after fun weekends. I'm determined to keep it mostly picked up all summer long, including kids bedrooms. So far it's going pretty well.
We leave in 2 days for SILVERWOOD!!!! YAY! I am super excited for a mini vacation!!!! I have decided NOT to take my camera to this vacation. I am sad I will not have amazing photos of our camping trip and silverwood... but on the other hand I do not want to be tied to my camera and just want to enjoy the week with my family and have fun!
Our Living room has had a bit of a makeover and I am loving it. A friend moved out of Ephrata and sold off some stuff at amazing prices. For $35 I got a giant new rug for my living room and a new set of sun blocking curtains that were like brand new! I also ordered myself up a canvas of my 3 kids finally and LOVE seeing it up on my wall! Last week our fan decided to start throwing some sparks around so we went to Home Depot this weekend and got a new fan that is so pretty :) So right now I'm pretty much loving my living room. Bunch of small changes but it's made it look quite different!

| 3rd weekend in June I went with Lindsay to Kent to do a family reunion photoshoot. While out scouting places to do the pictures we found this park and ended up doing an impromtu photoshoot of her family. Kinleigh LOVED this duck and was sure she was gonna catch it! |

| For my parents 35th anniversary they came to Ephrata and spent the night with us! We BBQ'd and hung out and enjoyed eachothers company and then the next day we headed up to Leavenworth so I could do 35yr anniversary photographs :) This is our favorite of the bunch :D |
