Update on us after a long break~!

Well it's been so long since I updated that I don't know where to start. I kept meaning to update and feel so overwhelmed with all the new things in my boys life that I kept putting it off!!! Silly me. Quick updates of the holidays...
Halloween, we were a family of bumble bees and it was a huge hit. Everywhere we went people commented on our costumes. Took a bit of convincing but even Steven dressed up with us ;) The boys looked absolutely adorable and made out with a ton of junk food! By the last hour or so Kai was DONE with trick or treating and ready to go home. But I couldn't blame him, it was COLD.

Onto Thanksgiving.....We spent Thanksgiving this year with Steven's family. His sister, her boyfriend and Sydney Steven's neice came up from California so it was great to get to visit with all of them! I think it meant a lot to Steven to have his whole family together for the holiday and my boys just had a blast showing off for all of their relatives ;) lol We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and just hung out with the family. We left the boys with Grandma B while we went shopping at Walmart to prepare for Christmas and it was a nice break to not have to take the boys shopping with us!

And Christmas.... Christmas went great this year! My Mom Dad, Grandma and Grandpa Goodwin, Jared Tammy Aaron and Quintin and the girls were all here for Christmas in our new home! It was crowded but our new home had enough room to handle it! We played pictionary Christmas Eve and the girls beat the boys ;) we even got Grandpa Mel to enjoy himself a bit playing against us girls :) We left cookies out for Santa and Santa came and filled the stockings and left some great gifts while the little ones slept! Christmas day we had dinner and then everyone started heading home. We were left with one heck of a messy house and a ton of awesome christmas memories. We were very glad that everyone was able to join us!!!

After Christmas we quickly took our tree down as that thing started dying the day we got it! The boys helped us clean up the mess and Kaeden did an excellent job helping vacuum up all those needles! As much as I love decorating for the holidays I also love getting my house back to normal when they are over!~!

New years was spent at Mike and Deb's house playing pool, snacking on yummy food and letting off fireworks and firing the canon. We had our new puppy Sally with us but as she was deaf she didnt' mind any of it. We got her Dec 30th. We didnt' keep her long as we had some possible problems with her but we did replace her with our new baby who is also called Sally :) I will include pics in the next post. Because this one is getting so long I will wrap it up for now and come update with more substance later ;)
