RIP to my first real loved carseat.......

Our marathon expires 8-15-11 so it was time to get Kinleigh a new seat.  After much research and debating I finally ordered up her new seat and it arrived today :)  I really love it so far and am excited to use it for a very long time. If Kinleigh stays short and small like Kai did she'll be in this seat for a very long time. Kai even sat in it and it fit him so it was good to see him at 5 1/2 fitting in it with room to grow ;)  And I only paid $125 for it YAY.

this is without the headrest. The headrest adds another 6 or 8 inches on that thing. She'll be in it for a very long time :D

So we had to make sure no one tried to use the expired loved Britax Marathon that has been in our family for almost 6 years now................

Well that was fun! :)  Glad the firemen didn't show up.  Who knew when you sprayed a burning pile of plastic with the water hose the flames would get HUGE!!!!! LOL
