Blue for Boy :) Thx Grandma 20 week update

Well I read the comment from my mom and decided I should change my blog color from pink to blue now that we're sure Bean is a baby boy.

This week Kaeden and I have the week to ourselves as Lindsay and her family are in Kansas visiting relatives. It's so nice to spend some alone time with my boy. We get along so much better when I'm only dealing with him LOL If only I could find a way to make 600-800mo without babysitting and still being able to be home with my children, I'd do it in a heartbeat!

Yesterday it was warm enough here that Kaeden and I went outside to enjoy the sunshine. Kaeden played in the sprinkler and had a great time. I relaxed and just read my book and tried to soak up some sun. Unfortunately I'm still white as a ghost LOL Last night Kaeden Steven and I got out of the house and went and watched the High School Varsity Soccer game. That was a first for me. Felt kinda strange to be at a sporting even rooting on Ephrata when all my life any sporting events I'd gone to I rooted for Hermiston! But it was lots of fun. Kaeden had a blast and we sat with our neighbors and their grandbaby. She is one week older then Sydney but SO DIFFERENT! She is crawling but not walking yet. She sat for the 1 1/2 hours we were there in one spot munching on some crackers and baby snacks and was perfectly content. I was jealous LOL If that had been Sydney we would have had to get a leash to keep her in one spot! She's so much like Kaeden was/is as a 12mo old... Oh wait, yesterday Sydney turned 13mo old!! Wow how the time passes. When Bean is born Sydney will be the same age as Kaeden was when she was born! That just blows me away. My little guy is growing up so quickly right before my eyes....

This morning we took Daddy to work and Kaeden was NOT happy that we did not get to stay there. SO after blogging I am going to clean up the house and if it's warm enough by 11-12ish Kaeden and I will play outside again in the water for something fun to do. Then if Kaeden has been a good little boy we will go have lunch with his daddy at work. I was thinking about taking my car to the carwash and De-Smoking it but not sure I've got enough quarters, and I don't think they've got a carpet shampooer there. Trying to figure out how I'm gonna get the smoke smell out of the car without shampooing. Man our van has a stinky smell in it too and I have no idea where that smell is coming from. It smells like something wet and rotten or like rotten milk and is just GROSS! We never smoked in there but I am 90% sure it was smokedi n before we bought it as I've seen evidence on the cig lighter and a burn or two on the van. Guess I'll have to fabreeze the vents LOL
