Yes he's here! Took me almost a month to write his birth story but here it is.
I was to call and see if there was room for me at the hospital to be induced on Wednesday the 7th at 4pm. When I called they told me to call back in 30min to see if there was room as they were busy at the moment. I was very worried they wouldn't be able to get me in and I had all of my family here to help!! Tammy and Jared were here to watch Kaeden, mom was waiting for me in Moses Lake and Grandma Marcelle was on her way to be here also. Thank goodness when I called back they told me to be there at 5:30. Jared and Tammy went to Mcdonalds for some food and we all ate a bit and then headed to Moses Lake. We got all registered and into my room and then we waited as they were still busy. That room was quite full with Jared Tammy Aaron Kaeden Gma Marcelle and my mom. Then Steven showed up and they still hadn't done anything to start the induction. About 6:30 they came in and put the cervadil in. They said I was having small contractions and asked if I could feel them which I could but I'd been having contractions like that for a week or two so I wasn't too excited about them. Jared and Tammy decided they were going to head home for awhile and would check in with us later. Kaeden did great and was excited to go home with them. I was concerned he wouldn't want to leave Mommy and Daddy but apparently Uncle Jared and Aunt Tammy are pretty cool people and he would rather hang with them LOL About 2hrs after they put the cervadil in I started feeling contractions and got excited that maybe this would go quickly considering I was at a tight 3cm and 60% effaced when we started the induction. Steven's mom stopped by for a few hours and went and grabbed some food and I was allowed a milkshake... unfortunately all night long I had fairly regular contractions that hurt just enough to make it difficult to sleep through but not so painful that I couldnt handle them. Kaeden called us once to tell us he missed us and that just about broke my heart :( Although I hear that afterwards he did just fine ;) The room we were in did not have a couch or anything for anyone to sleep on so about 1-2am grandma marcelle decided to go sleep in her van. Steven tried sleeping in the chairs, and with me in the bed and even on the floor but nothing was working so he headed out to our van. mom catnapped a whole 10-20min or so in those uncomfortable chairs and I slept off and on until about 4:30am when Steven came back in because it was just too cold in the van for him. We decided to try walking just to relieve my poor butt/tailbone from sitting in that uncomfortable bed. It was great to get out of the bed and walk and I could feel the contractions but unfortunately my foot hurt so bad from whatever I did to it a few days prior that our walks were not very long. Finally around 7:30am the doctor came in and removed the cervadil and got ready to break my water. After those contractions all night long with that cervadil I was still only at a loose 3cm and 65% effaced. I felt like this induction was going to take days and days...... The dr broke my water and wow it was so different then when we tried breaking my water with Kaeden. I actually had water this time around and it was like niagra falls down there!! I kept thinking I was wetting myself but realized it was just more and more water coming out. It kinda grossed me out LOL Everytime I'd get a harder contraction the water would flow out more. The nurse said this would happen for the rest of the labor. Although it was strange as later when the contractions got harder and were hurting pretty bad that little flow of water that would come out was almost soothing. Steven asked if I'd like to take a shower not long after the water was broken since I was feeling so gross sitting in all this fluid. I thought that would be nice so into the shower we went. WOW that shower head was like having little needles all over your body!!!! It could have been used as a weapon it's stream was so hard. Steven ended up taking the shower head off so the water was just coming out like a faucet and that was much better!! While in the shower I had a few more hard contractions but nothing that was untolerable. I was hoping I would be like Lindsay and once that water broke baby would pop out in 30min but of course not... LOL I figured we were in for a LOOOOONG day of pain. They decided to start pitocin at 9:30 so I figured we had 12hrs of labor left if my 2nd son was going to be anything like my first. Around 11 I started having some painful contractions and by 11:30 I was hurting but still had 3-4min between contractions. The nurse came in to check on me and gave me some great advice. She told me that tensing up any part of my body would make labor longer and harder and that if I just relaxed it would help the baby to move down as I wasn't fighting through contractions. I caught myself starting to fight a contraction and starting to feel panicky like I did when labor got real tough with Kaeden so I just sat back and relaxed every muscle in my body. It hurt like hell but I felt much more in control then I did with kaeden's birth so I continued to do this. Around 12:30-1ish my Mom and grandma decided to go get some lunch. I was starving but my doc said no food for me :( The nurse started getting the baby's bed/clean up area ready and said that I could decide to just take off and have a baby any time and I just laughed at her and told her we had PLENTY of time. She said she liked to be prepared just in case rather then running around getting it all together at the end. So they took off and I asked if I could go to the bathroom. I remembered how much better I felt when I was in labor with Kaeden to sit on the toilet so I wanted to try that again as I was definitely having painful contractions. As I was trying to get out of the bed to go to the toilet I had 3-4 contractions right on to of eachother and all I could think was HERE WE GO let the pain begin. When I was done going to the bathroom (went ahead and pushed out a poo in hopes that I could keep all poo off the table LOL) the nurse asked if I needed help back to the bed. I told her I'd rather sit on the toilet awhile and Steven asked if they could hook me up to monitors while on the toilet. I was amazed when she said yes!!! Unfortunately after only 2 or 3 contractions on the toilet the nurse said we'd have to move back to the bed as the baby didn't like that position and the last contraction had put too much pressure on him. I wasn't too happy about it but she did tell me that if I wanted the epidural I could get it now and I said bring him in!!!! I got situated back in the bed and mom and grandma returned. The contractions were now starting to get to me but I continued to just lay back into the bed, lay my head back, close my eyes and breathe and RELAX. While I laid there with my eyes clothes I would try to visualize Kaeden and cute or funny things he says or would be saying to me. It helped to keep my mind off the pain and made me think of happy things. I remember I kept looking at the monitor they had above my bed that showed all the other ladies contractions that were in labor also. There was a girl across the hall whose ctrx were crazy scary looking and then I'd look at mine and they were so dang mild looking all I could think was there was no way that I'd ever get through more painful ctrx then then ones i was having at that time. about 1:30 or so Jared Tammy Aaron and Kaeden showed up. go figure they show up when I'm in terrible pain and anxiously awaiting my epidural!! I was trying my hardest to keep my pain to myself as my son and Aaron (he's 9) were in the room and I didn't want to freak anyone out. This was the point of labor I was worried about Kaeden seeing so I needed to continue to keep it together. It's pretty funny how visualizing about things Kaeden said or did would help me through my contractions but having him in the room wasn't quite the same effect LOL About 10min before the epi man showed up I started to really panic that I was going to start crying and lose it in front of my son. I continued to relax and breathe through the contractions and tried to have conversation with my roomfull of people LOL not an easy thing to do. When that epi man walked through my doors I wanted to sing and kiss him LOL He kicked everyone out of the room except for Steven and the nurse checked me and I was only at a 4. I was so glad that I was getting the epidural now as i couldn't imagine another 6cm of this pain. It took me 3hrs to get 3cm with Kaeden so I figured I had about 6hrs to go before I could start pushing the baby out. The epi guy wanted me to scoot to the end of the bed and sit facing Steven. That was pretty difficult and painful to do as my contractions were pretty intense and when he had me lean over and curve my back I thought the pain was going to rip me apart. I still tried to just remember to relax my body. I was a bit concerned about how badly this poke was going to hurt in my back as i was in a lot more pain and was dry heaving when I got the epi with Kaeden and didn't feel a thing. This time he started putting the epidural in while i was not having a contraction so I felt the poke. I just told myself one poke and then this pain will go away until it's time to push the baby out and i can get some rest and relax and enjoy everyone who is in the room. After the epidural was in they scooted me up back in my bed and my legs were starting to feel numb but i still felt the pain from the contractions. The nurse wanted to check me real quick before she let everyone back in the room. I was still feeling pain from contractions when she checked me and as she was checking she had a strange look on her face. She said you're at an 8. I almost laughed out loud and told her she was kidding, which she must have seen it on my face because she said no I am Not kidding! She then told me baby was still face up and I needed to get on my side and start rocking my pelvis to hit the baby in the nose and make him turn around. Earlier in the labor (about the time I went to the bathroom) she told me I was having some back labor and the baby was face up and suggested I try this position to speed things up and turn him around and I said no way it's too painful. About the time I got on my side the epidural had finally kicked in and I wasn't feeling pain. The epi man left and my mom and grandma came back into the room. She decided to check again and I was at a 9, she told me we'd have a baby any time now. I was in shock that within 5-10min I had gone from a 4 to an 8 and then a 9!! They called the Dr and he showed up and checked me again, I was at a 10 and my cervix was gone, time to push. He informed me he does not break beds down and left my bed how it had been. Things were happening so quickly and all I could think was in another hour I'll have my baby in my arms .. After all it took an hour to push Kaeden out and this baby was probably bigger and going to be more difficult. The nurse had told me at the beginning and again towards the end that "You never give birth to your first baby twice" meaning this labor could go so differently and i did not believe her. Afterall I couldn't get into a regular labor pattern on my own even when I was having contractions and once again we had to induce with pitocin so I felt like it was going to be Kaeden's birth all over again. I was feeling some big pressure down there but no pain, and my epidural had been turned off since I wouldn't be needing it much longer. They had me push and with one push dr said I better get dressed and everyone was telling me they could see the head! I was in shock. No way was he coming out of me already!!! I pushed 6 times within 5min and that last push was without a contraction and out little Kailer flew onto the table at 2:26pm. Thank god this dr doesn't break tables down LOL I had a healthy 8lb1oz 18 1/2" long little boy laying there. Steven had asked earlier if my grandma wanted to cut the cord so she was the one to do that and then he was handed to me. He looked so much like another little Kaeden but so different. They took him to get him cleaned up over on the baby warming bed and Steven went and got Kaeden to come in and meet his little brother while I delivered the placenta and got a few stitches. I barely tore this time and everything went so smoothly. Once I was sewed up Jared Tammy and Aaron came in and everyone got to meet Kailer. He latched on immediately and nursing is going well so far. He has a few issues with not opening his mouth wide enough to get a good latch and tends to make me a bit sore but he's getting better. The nurse told me that sitting up to get the epidural and bending over seemed to open me up and is probably why I dialted so quickly. I dunno but I have to say this birth was just perfect and my new little man is just as perfect.

THANKS for updating without even having to be reminded by me! I love the story and was glad to get to live it with you.
Give those sweet boys hugs and kisses from me, even though I know Kaeden will wipe my kiss off.
