I have tried to come update this blog 5 times this morning and the window won't stay open, so here's hoping that I get through this update without it closing or I may never update again!!!
I know I"ve slacked big time, and from reading my last entry my little man has definitely changed! I am no longer "starting" to feel movements, this little guy is moving left right up down circle here thump there. He goes from bumping up so high he could kick me in the boobs to clawing with little fingers or toes on my hip bone. I love feeling him tumble around in my belly. I am getting worried though as he seems to be MORE active then Kaeden was... therefore I'm afraid he might be MORE difficult then Kaeden was!!! I'm hoping I'm wrong on that one! LOL Although it is nice that he isn't permanently embedded on my bladder like Kaeden was. Last night I watched him kicking the remote control around on my belly, it was great.
Kaeden is almost 1 1/2 weeks potty trained! YIPPEEEEE We've gone with no diapers since June 11th and not ONE peepee accident! Although we're still working on the pooping in the potty and not his big boy undies we are way further along in this potty training thing then I expected us to be right now! He's doing wonderfully and making it so easy on me~!! I never have to ask him if he needs to go, he just goes into the bathroom, pulls down his undies, lifts the seat, pees, flushes and then comes and tells me he went! It's WONDERFUL! Looks like I will NOT have 2 in diapers ;) ;) ;) YAHOOOOO I'll get 3mo diaper free ;) As soon as he gets a little better with the pooping in the potty he'll be the proud new owner of a fish! And Grandma will be bringing him up a new bike from Grandpa this weekend as a potty training gift. My little man is turning into quite the grown up big man *sniff sniff*
Since my last update Ross and Marie had their baby boy. He was born June 10th at 7lb4oz 20in long. Lucas Jeremiah. Kaeden was just in love with him and warmed my heart with how badly he wanted to hold him. I think he's going to be a wonderful big brother and I get more excited everyday for him to meet the new baby! I think I'm more excited for Kaeden to meet his brother then I am to meet my new son! LOL Weird mommy I am I guess.
The weather this weekend for Fathers day was really nice and we had the girls. We filled up the pool and bbq'd in the backyard and had a relaxing Sunday. Yesterday it hit 91 and was hot so I let Kaeden and Taylor play out back in the pool. They had a blast. I even took Sydney out for about 20min before it was quiet time. Although keeping her IN the pool was no easy task LOL Today it's supposed to hit 95, it's up to 86 as I type at 11am and the kids are begging for the pool again. I'm thinking I'll let them run through the sprinkler for awhile. Kaeden seems to get bored really quickly if I'm not out there watching him play and I don't feel like sitting in the 90 degree heat outside watching them right now LOL I'm enjoying sitting INSIDE in the a/c ;)
Well I think Sydney has woken from her nap and it's time to get Kaeden out of time out. Crossing my fingers that this actually posts and does not disappear before I get it posted!!!!!!
